Celebrating our 32nd year
Breakfast with
the Gibbons
at the
Gibbon Conservation Center

Please join us for a very special event that will include a guided tour of the
largest group of gibbons (small apes) in the Western Hemisphere (including
infants), a vegan breakfast, silent auction, lecture by founder Alan Mootnick, and question
and answer session. If we’re lucky, we’ll hear the gibbons “sing” their
haunting territorial call – a truly remarkable and unforgettable experience!

The event will be from 8:30 am to
noon and includes:
8:30 am – noon ~ Gift Shop open
9 - 11:30 am
~ Continental-style buffet vegan breakfast
10 -11 am ~ Tour of the Center led
by Alan Mootnick
(Meet in the picnic area to join the tour.)
9-11:30 am ~ Silent

URGENT PLEA TO OUR FRIENDS AND
SUPPORTERS:
The Gibbon Conservation Center
needs to begin collecting funds now to purchase property in order to relocate.
Encroaching local development will soon become a very real threat to the health
and well-being of our gibbons. Stress from the sight and noise of construction,
and microorganisms in the dust stirred up in earth moving, pose unacceptable and
lethal dangers. . . . more

For Your Safety
Enjoy viewing the
gibbons, but
PLEASE DO NOT LEAN
OVER THE GUARDRAILS TO INTERACT WITH THE GIBBONS!
Please be careful
with your children—supervision is required. Volunteers will be nearby to
remind you to stay behind the guardrails and to answer questions. Remember,
the gibbons are wild animals!

(Cash or checks only--no credit or debit cards)
$35 for adults age 18 years & up,
$20 for teens age 13-17,
$15 for children age 3-12,
Free for children under 3.
All proceeds
benefit gibbons.

Silent Auction
(next to the gift shop):
See some of the items available for
bidding
1- Write the amount you wish to pay on the bid sheet for the
item you want.
2- If you really want an item, check its bid sheet often and increase your
bid when needed.
3- Highest bid on each item wins.
4- High bidder must be present at close of auction to win (if not present,
item will go to next highest bidder.)
5- All items you win must be paid for by 12 noon.
6- Checks or cash are accepted. Sorry, no credit cards.
7- SALES TAX WILL BE ADDED TO AUCTION PURCHASES
8- We will deliver large items within Santa Clarita Valley for $25, and
within 50 miles of GCC for $50
